Project Help was founded in 1989 by the Steuben County Ministerial Association with the goal of helping churches and other agencies:
1) avoid duplication of ministry to the under-resourced of our county, and
2) to better meet the needs of the under-resourced by having one place to send people needing help for various needs.
Project Help is its own non-profit organization with its own 501 (c) 3 tax exempt status with its own board of directors.
